Cailin Harro to compete for Phi Kappa Phi Society-wide Fellowship awards

The Ithaca College chapter of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi has selected Cailin Harro '17 to represent Ithaca College and to compete for the 2017-18 Phi Kappa Phi Society-wide fellowship awards. These awards are extremely competitive and to be selected as a Fellow is a distinct honor.

The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi currently awards fifty-one Fellowships of $5,000 each and six at $15,000 each to members entering the first year of graduate or professional study. Each of the nearly 340 active Phi Kappa Phi chapters may select only one candidate from among their local applicants to compete for the Society-wide awards. Criteria used in the selection process include undergraduate academics, leadership and service both on the campus and in the community, graduate prospects, the student's personal statement, and faculty and other recommendations.
