Cassie Schuttrumpf Placed on National Academic Squad

Cassie Schuttrumpf, a Environmental Studies major at Ithaca College, was among 16 student athletes to be placed on the National Field Hockey Coaches Association's National Academic Squad last week. This honor recognizes players who have held a cumulative grade-point average above a 3.30 through the first semester of the 2016-17 year.

Ithaca's 16 members on the academic squad tied Hartwick for the most of any Empire 8 insitution.
