Christy Calcagno Earns Olympics Internship with NBC Sports

Christy Calcagno has been selected by NBC Sports to assist with the network's coverage of the 2018 Winter Olympic Games, being held Feb. 9-25 in Pyeongchang, Korea. Calcagno is a member of the Class of 2018 majoring in Journalism in the Roy H. Park School of Communications at Ithaca College.

A total of 29 students from the Park School will be serving essential behind-the-scenes roles at the world's biggest athletic event. Calcagno will be working as an ad inserter at the NBC Sports broadcast and production facility in Stamford, Connecticut.
