Collette Piasecki-Masters Wins Award at James J. Whalen Academic Symposium

Collette Piasecki-Masters received an award at the 2016 James J. Whalen Academic Symposium.

Four hundred and twenty students participated by giving oral presentations or displaying posters and other creative works. Award winners were selected from a pool of 60 finalists.

Piasecki-Masters's presentation was entitled, "Plant Uptake of Heavy Metals from Bombing Sites on the Island of Vieques, Puerto Rico".
