Erin Wallace Pens Editorial on Workplace Flexibility

Erin Wallace, a senior sociology student at Ithaca College, wrote an editorial on workplace flexibility, which appears on the 1 Million for Work Flexibility Blog.

Research for Erin's publication was informed by her guided and independent review of 70 articles and book chapters focusing on work-family concerns in Professor Stephen Sweet's sociology course on "Work and Family."
