Ithaca College Student Awarded for Contributions to Campus Life

Lisa Famularo has been honored with a Campus Life Award, recognizing her contributions to the Ithaca College community through participation and involvement in campus life.

A member of the Class of 2016, Famularo received her award at a ceremony on May 21, the evening prior to Commencement. In her time at Ithaca College, she served as a student leadership consultant for the Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs, a peer career advisor in the Office of Career Services and assistant director of IC Project Sunshine.

"I am very proud to receive this award," said Famularo. "It's a validation that all of the time and effort that I put into helping student's on IC's campus have a better college experience has paid off."

Campus Life Award winners are nominated by faculty, staff or students. Eligible students must have been extensively involved in a number of areas of campus life and demonstrated significant leadership abilities and accomplishments.
