Joelle Goldstein Named Empire 8 First Team

Ithaca College women's volleyball player Joelle Goldstein, a freshman television-radio major in the Roy H. Park School of Communications, landed on the Empire 8's First-Team after a solid season as an outside hitter for Ithaca.

In her first collegiate season as a Bomber, Goldstein was one of the top offensive players in the Empire 8. Her 350 kills ranks third in the conference, while her .262 hitting percentage is sixth. Goldstein averaged 3.02 kills per set over 116 sets played to finish fifth on the regular season E8 list. She was just one of four players in the conference to hit over .300 in league matches this fall at a .316 clip.
