Leonard Davis Makes Winning Pitch in Ithaca College Business Plan Competition

2015 May 20

Leonard Davis, a sophomore business administration major in the School of Business at Ithaca College, took third place and a $5,000 cash prize for FearWalk in the second annual Ithaca College Business Competition.

FearWalk, an interactive haunted camping trip, allows thrill-seeking campers the opportunity to spend 12 hours in the woods being haunted by the FearWalk team.

"We had a broad mix of participants in a broad mix of businesses, which made it very interesting for the audience and judges," said Brad Treat, instructor in the School of Business and competition coordinator. "Every one of these companies is ready to launch. We look forward to following their future success."

The Business Plan Competition is supported by alumnus Chris Burch '76, chairman of J. Christopher Capital and co-founder of the Tory Burch women's fashion label. It is open to all Ithaca College students.
