Leonard Slutsky Presents Senior Capstone for Leadership Scholar Program

Leonard Slutsky, a senior integrated marketing communications major in the Roy H. Park School of Communication at Ithaca College, presented his Senior Capstone as part of the Leadership Scholars Program.

Slutsky highlighted the importance of resilience, networking and overcoming challenges in leading groups of peers in his presentation held at Ithaca College on Wednesday, Dec. 3. Slutsky also discussed the variety of experiences that helped him develop leadership skills the impact of these experiences on his plans after graduation.

Awarded on an annual basis, the Ithaca College Leadership Scholarship recognizes a demonstrated record of leadership and academic performance. A renewable $7,000 award is offered each year to Leadership Scholars who maintain a 2.75 cumulative GPA and participate in all required elements of the Leadership Scholars program. Leadership Scholars are offered an opportunity to enhance their leadership experience in a variety of both required and optional leadership activities while at Ithaca College.
