Marlowe Padilla Awarded for Contributions to Ithaca College Campus

Marlowe Padilla has been honored with a Campus Life Award, recognizing his contributions to the Ithaca College community through participation and involvement in campus life.

A member of the Class of 2016, Padilla received his award at a ceremony on May 21, the evening prior to Commencement. In his time at Ithaca College, he served as senior and junior class president. Padilla also worked as a resident assistant, president's host tour guide, and student leadership consultant for the Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs.

"For me, this award means that I've left my mark here," said Padilla. "The things that I did here haven't gone to waste."

Campus Life Award winners are nominated by faculty, staff or students. Eligible students must have been extensively involved in a number of areas of campus life and demonstrated significant leadership abilities and accomplishments.
