Port Chester Resident Jennifer Rakoff Graduated from Ithaca College

Jennifer Rakoff, a resident of Port Chester, graduated from Ithaca College's School of Health Sciences and Human Performance with a major in Health Sciences. The degree was awarded in May 2013.
