Thomas Garris Wins at NYSAPA Awards

Thomas Garris was a finalist at the New York State Associated Press Association Awards for his work at ICTV, Ithaca College's student-run television station. Garris won second place in the Best Regularly Scheduled Local News Program category for college television.
