Ithaca College students Matthew Dankanich and Kayla Vandesande presented research on "Childhood trauma, aggression, and non-suicidal self injury" at the Annual Convention of the Eastern Psychological Association in New York, NY. The two presented their research along with Professor Hugh Stephenson.

Ithaca College Students Create Digital Model of Irish Castle

Four Ithaca College students joined Physics Professor Michael "Bodhi" Rogers in County Meath, Ireland, to use a 3D scanner to create a digital model of Trim Castle, the largest Anglo-Norman castle in the country. The model will have a variety of uses, from virtual tours to preservation planning. Pieces of the model can also be tagged with information that could prove useful for future repairs to the site.

Ithaca College Students Film Documentary on Syrian Refugees in Michigan

Ithaca College students Josh Margolis '17, Erica Moriarty '16, Mike Holland '16, Sam Dellert '17, and Hannah Basciano '17 filmed a documentary on Syrian refugees living in Dearborn, Michigan and local protests against the resettlement of Muslim refugees in the area. The documentary, entitled "Stateless: Syrian Refugees in Detroit," was selected as an "Editor's Pick" by The Atlantic.
