Ithaca College Student Abrianna D'Onofrio Earns NYSATA Scholarship
Ithaca College student Abrianna D'Onofrio, an athletic training major, is the recipient of the 2016 Ed Abramoski Scholarship from the New York State Athletic Trainers' Association (NYSATA). The requirements of the scholarship were primarily based on grades and clinical experience. D'Onofrio is the president of the Ithaca College Athletic Training Student Association. She was also the recipient of Ithaca College's Laurence S. Hill and Adrian M. Newens Scholarship in the Health Professions.

Ithaca College Student Marketing Organization Brings Home Top Award at National Conference
Facing off against over 240 schools, the Ithaca College chapter of the American Marketing Association (AMA) brought home a top award at the Annual Intercollegiate Conference in March. ICAMA won the award for excellence in chapter planning, membership and communication at the AMA's annual gathering in New Orleans. The award put the chapter in the top 30 of 247 individual chapters.

Ithaca College Students Film Documentary on Syrian Refugees in Michigan
Ithaca College students Josh Margolis '17, Erica Moriarty '16, Mike Holland '16, Sam Dellert '17, and Hannah Basciano '17 filmed a documentary on Syrian refugees living in Dearborn, Michigan and local protests against the resettlement of Muslim refugees in the area. The documentary, entitled "Stateless: Syrian Refugees in Detroit," was selected as an "Editor's Pick" by The Atlantic.
